Boca Raton Ceremony, 9:30 a.m., Veteran's Park, 9400 W. Palmetto Park Road, Suite 2, Boca Raton. Sponsored by the Veterans of Foreign Wars, VFW, Post 10556, Boca Raton, the event will feature color guards from the following units: Marine Corps JROTC from Olympic Heights Community High School; Navy JROTC from Boca Raton Community High School; The Civil Air Patrol Boca Raton Composite Squadron; U.S. Naval Sea Cadets from Boca Raton-Delray; Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts. Boynton Beach Veterans Day, 10 a.m., Boynton Veterans Memorial, 411 N. Federal Highway, Boynton Beach. Ceremonies start at 10 a.m. and close with Taps at 11 a.m. sharp. Celebrating veterans from many wars since World War II, Korea, Desert Storm as well as Iraq and Afghanistan. Coconut Creek, Sunday, November 11, 2018, beginning at 11:00 AM Veterans Park, 3550 Lyons Road, Coconut Creek, FL (southeast corner of Lyons Road and Sample Road) Hosted by the American Legion Post 170 Dignitaries and guest speakers and the Coconut Creek Police Department Honor Guard. Coral Springs, Bring your family, friends and neighbors, and join us for the City's annual Veterans Day Ceremony at Veterans Park 8601 Royal Palm Blvd. on Sunday, November 11. Ceremony will begin promptly at 10:45 a.m. Wear your patriotic colors and support those who served our country. The ceremony will include speeches by veterans and politicians, a 21-gun salute, placing of wreath and raising of the military and United States flags.


Hollywood Veterans Day Barbecue, Noon-3 p.m., TY Park, Corporate Pavilion #12, 3300 N. Park Road. Featuring a banner plane fly-over with a message of thanks to Veterans and a Map of Service to honor our local service heroes. Prizes will be raffled off. Event capacity is 500 people. Hallandale Beach, Veterans Day Salute, Come out and help us honor our Veterans at our annual Veterans Day Salute. We will start with the placement of the flags at the Hallandale Beach Cemetery at 9:30am, and then come back to the Cultural Center at 10am for refreshments, followed by the ceremony at 10:30am.

Lauderdale-By-The-Sea Veteran’s Day Ceremony, 10 a.m., Town Hall, 4501 N. Ocean Drive, Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. Patriotic music, honor guards and refreshments.


Margate, To honor our heroes, the City of Margate will host its annual Veterans Day ceremony on Sunday, November 11th  beginning at 10:30 a.m. at Veterans Memorial Park, located at 7044 N.W. 1st Street. Join us as we honor all of our military veterans who have served in all United States military branches - Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard. This annual ceremony honors our veterans for their dedicated and loyal service to our country. We salute them for the sacrifices they have made for our nation's freedom.  Refreshments will be provided. The ceremony is free and open to the public. Miramar Veterans’ Day Ceremony, 11 a.m., Miramar’s Veterans Park, Southwest 64th Avenue, and 33rd Street. Presentations from the Miramar High School JROTC and Miramar’s Police and Fire Honor Guards. Veterans are encouraged to wear their respective badge, uniform, or regalia.


Parkland Veterans Day Celebration-- This event will be honoring the men and women who have served our country, taking place at the Amphitheatre at Pine Trails Park. Join us for a sunset ceremony at 5:30 PM that will include the National Anthem, Presentation of Colors, TAPS, and more. Stay for live music, food trucks, and crafts for the kids.
